Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What's my order status?

If you have an account with us, you can log in and view the order status on your account page. It typically takes 3-5 business days for an order to process. If you need further assistance, please email us: info@belorlina.com.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes we do! However, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot provide returns or exchanges for our lingerie line. For more details, please visit our shipping and returns page.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship almost anywhere in the world. Different shipping rates will be applied depending on the weight of the product and the destination. The lighter it is the product, the lower the fees.

How does international shipping work?

We use standard international shipping as the default delivery method for all orders. Average total transit time is 5-15 business days depending on the destination. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

Please ensure to provide a shipping address that the shipping carrier is capable of delivering to. We will not be liable if the shipping carrier is unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided.

Will I be charged duties and import taxes?

No. The estimated incurred duties & taxes are covered by us! One thing to note is that at times, actual duties may exceed our estimated amounts. In these situations, you will be responsible for paying the remaining duties upon delivery as the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.

Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?

Shipping estimates are provided by different shipping carriers depending on the destination.
