Shipping & Returns
Please ensure that before purchasing, you have reviewed our size guide. Size up if you are uncertain. *Do not simply pick your size based on your usual preference*
Please allow 3-5 business days for an order to process. We do not accept rush orders, thank you for your patience. If your order has not received any updates beyond the above indicated time frame, please immediately contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We ship directly from our warehouse. Due to our current limited capacity and scale, we do not have a physical store location. All returns/exchanges must be delivered to our warehouse in order to proceed.
Exchanges and returns can be made if the following criteria are met:
- The item is in the same condition you received it.
- The item had never been worn (except when tried on).
- The item had not been washed.
- The original tags are attached.
- You have received the item within 7 days after the shipment arrived at your door.
- The request is approved by our customer care team.

We are not responsible for the shipping fees incurred for exchanged/returned items. In the case of refunds, shipping fees are not refundable.
We will refund you or ship a new item to you free of charge for the following situations if you can provide sufficient evidence:
- The item was damaged during transit. Damages include rips, stains, broken zippers and other issues that deem the item unwearable. Item must have not been worn and the original tags must be attached.
- The item was lost during transit.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information indicates delivery to address provided. Please ensure the address you provided is correct and can safely receive packages.
